2022年4月21日，由斯里兰卡驻华大使馆与驻华使节商务联盟共同主办的“ECCAC 海外优选”一国一品斯里兰卡国家品牌合作伙伴授权启动仪式在斯里兰卡驻华大使馆隆重圆满举行。斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔 · 科霍纳博士阁下，驻华使节商务联盟秘书长孙丽丽，联盟运营机构杰雅国际董事长王开，来自马尔代夫大使馆、加纳大使馆、摩尔多瓦大使馆、马其顿大使馆、巴拿马大使馆、委内瑞拉大使馆等各国使节官员，中外商业伙伴以及媒体共约50位嘉宾出席了本次活动。

On 21st April 2022, the Signing Ceremony of "ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection" -Sri Lanka National Brand Partner, jointly hosted by Embassy of Sri Lanka and ECCAC,was grandly and successfully held. H.E. Dr. Palitha Kohona, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to China, Ms. Lily Sun, Secretary General of ECCAC, Mr. Kevin Wang, President of Smart Ace International, Operation Agency of ECCAC, senior officials from other Embassies including Maldive,Ghana, Moldova, Macedonia, Panama, Venezuela, foreign business partners of Pakistan and Canada, Chinese firms and the media etc attended the event with 50 people around involved. 

正值2022年中国与斯里兰卡建交65周年、《米胶协定》签署70周年纪念之际，驻华使节商务联盟携手斯里兰卡驻华大使馆推进务实合作，举办授权仪式活动， 意义非凡并具有高度价值。这是联盟ECCAC平台成立以来务实推进各国合作的又一重要成果和发展的里程碑。双方共同期待斯里兰卡驻华大使馆与驻华使节商务联盟ECCAC的合作成为最圆满和成功的合作典范。

On the occasion of 65th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Sri Lanka and 70th Anniversary of the Rubber-Rice Pact, ECCAC collaborated together closely with Embassy of Sri Lanka to promote the practical cooperation and organized this authorization ceremony event, which is of great significance and high value. This is another important achievement and milestone in the development of pragmatic cooperation among countries since the establishment of ECCAC platform. Both sides jointly look forward to the cooperation between Embassy of Sri Lanka and ECCAC as the mostly satisfactory and successful model of cooperation.

大使帕利塔·科霍纳博士阁下表示斯里兰卡愿与中方共同推动斯中文化、产业发展、经贸、旅游等领域的务实合作，期待与联盟团队携手促进斯里兰卡产品在中国市场的推广。他特别强调斯里兰卡和中国之间人文交流的重要性。对于杰雅国际策划运作的"ECCAC海外优选”项目的启动，他高度认可项目发展的宗旨和理念，相信在促进斯中经贸快速增长，在华有效推广宣传和营销斯里兰卡优质农产品和其他甄选商品上，“ECCAC海外优选”平台将有效发挥助力作用和高度价值。

H.E. Dr. Palitha Kohona, Ambassador of Sri Lanka stated that Sri Lanka is willing to work with China to promote the mutually practical cooperation in the fields of culture, industrial development, economy and trade, tourism and other potential fields. He looked forward to working with ECCAC team to promote the qualified products of Sri Lanka in the Chinese market and particularly stressed the importance of people to people communication and cultural exchanges between Sri Lanka and China. For the launch of "ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection" sale platform project proposed and operated by Smart Ace International, he highly recognized the mission and concept of the project development, and believed that "ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection" platform would effectively play a supporting role and high value in promoting the rapid growth of activities for economy and trade between Sri Lanka and China, effectively promoting, selection and marketing of Sri Lanka's high-quality agricultural products and other selected commodities in China.

Ms. Lily Sun, Secretary General of ECCAC and Mr. Kevin Wang, President of Smart Ace International, Operation Agency of ECCAC, successively presented the speeches and emphasized the strategic development objectives and importance of the launch of "ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection" sale platform project. Based on the huge potential of China's consumer market and the prospect of becoming the most dynamic development market in the world,  "ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection" (Introduction & Marketing of Fine Commodities of all Countries in China) plan and online and offline direct sales platform project with the concept of "Made for China" were officially launched and implemented by Smart Ace International. The project is jointly initiated and supported by ECCAC, Embassies in China and Smart Ace International, to establish a strategic cooperation system and carry out solid cooperation and development. "ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection" sale platform will build a green channel for foreign brands to settle in China, help the growth of high-quality import consumption, and open a new chapter in the development of brands in China in the new consumption era. Adhere to the concept of high-quality products, strictly select "One Country, One Product", implement the brand strategy of "Made for China" and the industrial belt with relevant countries as the core; Integrate global high-quality resources, lead the general trend of China's consumer goods market, and create a new generation of more nutritious, healthier, more convenient and more fashionable lifestyle. H.E.Ambassador of Sri Lanka was pleased to sign and confirmed that Embassy of Sri Lanka become the National Brand Partner of “ECCAC Overseas Preferred Selection” Platform and at the same time accepted the special award of the Honorary Appointment as ECCAC VIP Advisor presented by ECCAC Secretary General. Both sides have kept the good expectations and confidence in the new cooperation in 2022.

授权仪式上，与会嘉宾共同欣赏了中国与斯里兰卡精彩的文艺表演，随后由联盟负责人，中国画家共同向斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔 · 科霍纳博士阁下赠送了一副代表中国国画牡丹和斯里兰卡国花睡莲的一副精美的国画，题词“相知无远近 -纪念中斯建交65周年”。此次活动饱含了中斯文化交流的期许与祝福。

During the event, all the attendees present enjoyed the wonderful cultural performances of China and Sri Lanka. Before the end of event, one fine and attractive Chinese painting with the vivid description of peonies and Water Lily, the symbol of national flowers of both China and Sri Lanka was specially presented to H.E. Dr. Palita Kohona, Ambassador of Sri Lanka by ECCAC team together with the painter. The title inscription is " Bosom friends make distance disappear - 65th Anniversary of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Sri Lanka". The event is full of expectations and blessings for cultural exchanges between China and Sri Lanka.
